With over 20 years of leadership experience in sales and hospitality, Michelle Hodges is the Director of Distributor Partnerships at LVMH- Moët Hennessy, the world's leading luxury wine and spirits company. A master strategist, Michelle excels in commercial planning, change management, organizational design and talent development.

 

Michelle is passionate about helping others succeed, especially women and professionals. As the Co-Chair of EllesMH, Moët Hennessy's pioneering Employee Resource Group, she champions the elevation and inclusion of women in the workplace. Her expertise extends to collaborating with organizations to design and launch multi-faceted leadership programs with a focus on training and strategies to support employees at all levels. 

 

A strong advocate for work-life harmony, Michelle is committed to fostering a culture that leads to sustainable high performance. Outside of work, she enjoys mentoring, traveling, yoga and hiking adventures with her dogs, Ellie and Izzie.
